Started by a builder, for builders
BuildLink Timaru started at the kitchen table with a pack of 4x2 in 2013, and as it grew, moved to the yard at 133A King Street at the end of that year.
How it started
James Lithgow is a Timaruvian, born and bred.
He started in the building industry straight out of high school and honed his skills with stints in the UK and around New Zealand.
He knows the building trade.
In 2013 he turned his hand to supplying the industry, recognising that Timaru needed an independent supply merchant.
Why people come here
There are 5 of us on site, with a collective building knowledge spanning decades.
